Abstract In this study, we describe the first reported nest of Bombus morrisoni , a species with an extensive range in arid Intermountain Region Nearctic. The mature, naturally terminated consisted 424 cells (cocoons), 328 non-gyne and 94 gyne cells. also had two kinds understudied structures associated bumble bee nests: pollen columns wax canopy. We found five rising amid cocoons. A 0.3-mm-thick canopy spanned over entire nest.
